Founded as Danbury Congregational Church  in 1937 by members of
Little Baddow Congregational Church, itself founded in 1662.

 

The church architect was Frederic Lawrence, who also designed Immanuel Congregational, Eastbourne, Oxted Congregational (1934) and Ewell Congregational.

Our church hall may be booked for functions.

Have a day out in the country,
Danbury is surrounded by commons,
woods, a country park with three lakes,
and plenty of walks.
